Getting to know you
Our agents arrive with flowers and an in-depth research document about the market and your home. We will carry out a valuation on your property, but we will also find out more about your expectations, your intentions and your priorities. The more we find out at this early stage, the smoother we can make the sale of your property.
We’ll explain how we work and how we can help you get the best outcome. We will give you all the additional information you need up front. 24 hours after this initial meeting, we will get back to you to confirm our valuation and hear any further thoughts you may have after our meeting. Contracts are then signed and we can prepare your house to sell.
A stylist and interior photographer will come to your home and take beautiful photographs. A detailed and beautiful web page and brochure will be produced.
An EPC and a floor plan will be arranged and a smart For Sale board will be put up.
Getting out there
Your home will be on all major property portals, across the internet and on social media, in local and national print media and sent to a database of potential buyers. We also have an extensive network of property buyers across the country who will be contacted.
Agents arrive early and make sure the atmosphere is just right; lights on, scented candles lit and coffee brewing. The door is always opened to buyers and they are welcomed home. Because all questions have been asked about your home our agents have all the information that buyers need. Agents are available to lead viewings on evenings and weekends at your convenience.
Agents make sure you have all information about buyers and assist you on making the best decision. When you accept an offer the Mr & Mrs Clarke team won’t stop there. Throughout the later stages of your sale, we will act as intermediaries and will help manage interactions between all parties: you, your lawyer, the buyer and their lawyer, as well as other agents and lawyers in the chain. As this is the period where problems can often occur, we’re sure you will appreciate the outstanding quality of service and personal touch that we provide.
